Arrows point out where the edge vent was not flat against the wood of the roof. Probably due to the fact that the weather report was calling for 3 inches of snow and there was a need to hurry to complete the job. (instead of postponing for better weather as I suggested.) The same condition exists on the back roof also. One of the raised areas.
Easy to see that the edge vent is not flat against the roof.
Certainly not flat against roof.
Ahhhh... must be something keeping it up.
I guess haste is the culprit.
Staple under edge vent.
These are the staples that i found in my lawn and around shrubs in the front yard. I think they should be part of the clean-up process ... oh wait, they were buried in the snow, even now that the ground is clear, no follow-up to clean up.
Yep, its snowing...
Shingles, Shingles, Shingles
I guess if it has snow on it ... it has no value.
You'll never guess how many nails i found in the street !!
Yep, I swept most of this up.....
Something else that I recently found out ... The board in the middle was installed to cover up where the power vent used to be. What makes me mad is the fact that i just bought and installed a new motor and fan assembly (approx $100) less than a year ago, and it was removed, and they took it with them. Didn't even ask, Hey, we're removing the fan and motor, do you want it? --- THEY JUST TOOK IT.
And take a look at the wires hanging out of the uncovered box. I'm sure thats not UP-TO-CODE ..
